Stress can wreak havoc with a lot of different areas of your health.
It’s something we all know isn’t great for us, but our understanding of what stress actually is and how to deal with it isn’t as good as it could be.
In this talk I will share with you the different forms that stress can come in, what it’s doing to your body, and some ways you can reduce the impact it has on your health.
As always, Yummy food will be served (lovingly prepared by Glenda from SOLB) and you will receive recipes and handouts.
