Digital Products
All digital products, such as e-books and courses, are non-refundable. Please ensure your purchase is correct before finalizing.
Physical Products
To qualify for a return:
- Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to organize a replacement or refund.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
How to Arrange a Return

Shipping
Digital Products
Digital products are available immediately upon purchase. You will receive an email with a download link or login instructions shortly after completing your order.
Physical Products
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days via Australia Post. Standard delivery time within Australia is typically 7 days. Please note that we currently only ship within Australia and apologize for any inconvenience.
