Coco-Nana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 frozen mango flesh
- 250mL coconut water
- 1 tsp Maca powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (I used Biomedica Protein Complete)
- 2 tbsp kefir/yoghurt
Method
Combine all ingredients, whizz up in a blender or using a bar-mix.
