Natural Menopause Support Book and eBook – now available
Several years ago I created Natural Menopause Support, an e-course with many hours worth of content for women going through perimenopause and menopause. This year I took all of those hours and turned them into a book, updated with every piece of research I could get my hands on from the last few years (hint: it is a lot). The e-course will be closing its doors now that the book is here to take over.
After many hours of learning how to format a file ready for print and eBook (I used Affinity), then editing, editing, and editing some more, it is done.

Natural Menopause Support
Practical tools and natural strategies for perimenopause and menopause
- ◆Paperback and eBook, Kindle supported
- ◆Herbal reference guide covering around fifty herbs
- ◆Built on eighteen years of Australian clinical practice
- ◆Written for women, detailed enough for practitioners
This book is for women in the lead up to menopause, or in the middle of it. It looks at the nature of menopause itself, and how its impact on women has been shaped by history and culture.A full range of options are discussed, natural and otherwise, so you can make informed decisions about your own care. Herbal medicine features strongly throughout, with example formulae and a reference guide.
Inside you will find
- ✺What is actually happening in your body, and why the symptoms cluster the way they do
- ✺Detailed chapters on hot flushes, sleep, mood, joint pain, brain health, bone density, gut health and genitourinary symptoms
- ✺Herbal medicine throughout, with example formulae, safety information and a reference guide covering around fifty herbs
- ✺Nutrition and exercise guidance, with recipes
- ✺A balanced chapter on menopausal hormone therapy, covering the evidence for and against each formulation
- ✺The historical and cultural forces that shaped how menopause is treated, and why so many women are still dismissed
- ✺A bonus chapter, A Partner’s Guide to Menopause
Written for a general readership but detailed enough to serve as a reference for naturopaths, herbalists and other practitioners working with women in midlife.
I have published through Amazon KDP, which means printing on demand (it has a surprisingly quick turn around) and therefore no overhead costs at my end.
You can order it as a paperback or as an eBook.

If you do read it, a review would mean a great deal. It is the main thing that helps the book reach more people.
